Synergy Homes is a licensed residential builder in Naples, Florida. We design, finance, and build move-in-ready SPEC homes in Golden Gate Estates — and we have done it more than 100 times.

Our story

Synergy Homes was founded on a simple belief: that buying a new home should not require years of waiting, a construction loan, and a hundred decisions you were never trained to make. So we take that burden on ourselves. We buy the land, draw the plans, carry the risk, and build the house — then hand over the keys to someone who can walk through it before they commit.

What began with a handful of lots has grown into more than 100 completed homes, and we have built nearly all of them in one place: Golden Gate Estates. That focus is deliberate. We know these lots, these soil conditions, these permitting timelines, and this county. It is why our homes come in on schedule and why buyers keep sending us their friends.

We are not a national franchise or a revolving-door crew. We are a local, family-run team — proud to build in the community where we live and work. Every home carries our name, long after the sale closes.
